Role Specific:
The EPTech, Delivery Operations (DO) organization seeks a highly organized and self-motivated strategic Director. As a Director of Project Management, you will lead and oversee the EPTech Integration efforts for a large-scale company merger. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional alignment, managing complex workstreams, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful post-merger integration across people, processes, and technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence one of EPTech’s most strategic programs and help shape the future of Capital One.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Leading end-to-end planning and delivery of an integration program, providing clarity and results-driven execution.
2. Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive program delivery.
3. Managing and synthesizing input from multiple directions for organized execution.
4. Establishing and managing program governance, interaction models, and reporting.
5. Coordinating across all EPTech integration workstreams and stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and dependencies.
6. Translating complex information into clear insights and providing regular updates.
7. Monitoring and managing risks, issues, and interdependencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
• At least 5 years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in Business Administration
• 10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
• 3+ years of Operations experience
• 7+ years of People Management experience
• 2+ years of Learning & Development experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
