Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to build, scale, and lead the post-contract execution function for a portfolio of BESS and renewable projects. You will design governance, standard processes, and delivery playbooks while leading a team of project managers and execution specialists.

You will own the master project timeline, remove roadblocks, and act as a senior customer-facing executive during deployment, ensuring exceptional delivery satisfaction and strategic alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing project management teams.
• Strong execution expertise in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized post-contract PMO processes and playbooks.
• Define KPIs for portfolio health, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a high-performing team of project managers and execution specialists.
