Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to design, implement, and scale the post-contract execution function for BESS and renewable projects. You will build a PMO, govern a diverse portfolio, and partner with IT to deploy advanced program management tools.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, own the master timeline from contract close to commissioning, remove roadblocks, and maintain strong executive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience in large-scale utility/infrastructure/energy projects.
• 5+ years leading project management teams.
• Execution expertise in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Establish execution frameworks, playbooks, stage-gate reviews, and governance for post-contract PMO.
• Build and lead a high-performing project management team.
• Own master project timeline from contract close to final commissioning and ensure milestones are met.
• Interface with customers at executive level during project deployment.
