Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Director of Project Delivery in the United States to lead post-contract execution for BESS and grid-scale infrastructure projects. You will design, implement, and continuously improve PMO processes, governance, and delivery playbooks to scale complex deals from contract to commissioning.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, manage the master timeline, remove blockers, and serve as the senior customer-facing executive during deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience with large-scale utility/infrastructure/energy projects.
• 5+ years directly managing and mentoring project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized post-contract PMO processes, playbooks, and delivery methodologies for BESS and renewable projects.
• Define and track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with IT to build and deploy program management tools and reporting systems.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources across the portfolio to optimize delivery.
• Maintain accountability for the master project timeline from contract close to commissioning.
• Serve as the senior customer-facing executive during project deployment.
