Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery in the United States to build, scale, and lead the post-contract execution function for BESS and renewable projects. You will design execution playbooks, govern the portfolio, and drive on-time delivery while leading a high-performing team across Dearborn, MI and related sites.

You will serve as the senior customer-facing executive during deployment, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Finance, and ensure exceptional delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or PMO experience in large-scale energy projects.
• 5+ years leading project management teams.
• Execution expertise in post-contract delivery and EPC workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve post-contract PMO processes and playbooks.
• Lead a high-performing team of project managers and execution specialists.
• Oversee a portfolio of BESS and renewable energy installations.
• Maintain the master project timeline from contract close to commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional interventions to unblock delivery pipelines.
• Interface with Sales, Engineering, Finance and external contractors.
