Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to lead the post-contract execution and delivery function for a portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) installations. You will design PMO processes, governance, and playbooks, build a high-performing team, and ensure rigorous execution from contract close through commissioning.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in program management with EPC workflows, contract management, and portfolio governance, plus 5+ years leading PMO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience with large-scale utility/infrastructure/energy projects.
• 5+ years of direct leadership of project management teams.
• Strong background in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate accountability for the master project timeline, from close to final commissioning.
• Identify and remove project risks; coordinate cross-functional interventions to unblock delivery pipelines.
• Serve as the senior customer-facing executive during project deployment and ensure delivery satisfaction.
