Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Director of Project Delivery to build and lead the post-contract execution function, delivering grid-scale BESS projects. You will design governance, scale processes, and manage a team of project managers across a diverse portfolio.

You're a senior leader with 10+ years in program delivery, EPC workflows, and customer-facing exec engagement. The role is hybrid, based in Dearborn, MI or Glendale, KY, with moderate domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or business field.
• 10+ years in program management or PMO for large-scale projects.
• 5+ years leading project teams.
• Expertise in post-contract execution and EPC workflows.
• Experience with utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and playbooks for post-contract delivery.
• Lead a high-performing team of project managers and execution specialists.
• Maintain master project timeline and drive on-time commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks.
• Interface with executive customers and manage key relationships.
