Job summary

PwC in Chicago is seeking a PMO/Program Management Manager within Commercial Technology & Innovation to lead and coordinate multiple projects, aligning with strategic goals and delivering outcomes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum.
4+ years of experience.
Experience in project portfolio management or program management.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to align with organizational goals.
Leading project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic outcomes.
Guiding teams in program planning and execution to facilitate successful delivery.
Utilizing analytical thinking and project management software to enhance project integration.

Managing stakeholder communications and engagement to maintain project alignment.
Conducting program reviews and status reporting to track progress and address challenges.
Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance.
Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders.
Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct.
