Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Director of Program Implementation for Tennessee to lead high‑quality technical assistance and drive measurable student outcomes across one Tennessee Grand Division. You will diagnose needs, design support plans, and facilitate professional learning with LEAs, schools, and leaders.

You will supervise contractors, ensure timely, evidence‑based coaching, and align work with Tennessee requirements and Blue Engine standards, while traveling up to 60% within the assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• K–12 teaching experience with impact; 2+ years in coaching or leadership.
• Coaching and developing others to change practice.
• Influencing and motivating across roles and identities.
• Project management across partners and priorities.
• Unpacking root causes from data to develop solutions.
• Setting and managing expectations to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive instruction; RTI/MTSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Lead portfolio of LEAs and high-priority engagements.
• Diagnose needs, develop support plans, and facilitate learning communities.
• Coach cycles with leaders to improve RTI²‑A+B systems.
• Manage contractors serving the Grand Division.
