The role partners with sales and customer stakeholders to shape service strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and drive customer success.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement, develop senior managers, and ensure the team meets evolving client demand while overseeing financial performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in professional services leadership, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level clients.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Professional Services (Security) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will oversee a security-focused professional services organization, with accountability for both operational execution and financial performance. The role will partner closely with sales and customer stakeholders to shape service strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and support customer success. In addition, this leader will drive continuous improvement, develop senior managers, and ensure the team is prepared to meet evolving client demand.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $174,000 – $233,600 annually
