Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy across a multinational operation. This role will oversee physical security, crisis response, executive protection, and travel security while partnering with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to protect people, facilities and operations.

The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of security or risk leadership, experience in a multinational environment, and advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant security or corporate risk experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.
• Master's degree or advanced professional certifications (CPP, PSP, PCI) preferred.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment and with executive protection/travel risk programs preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratories, field operations, and critical infrastructure advantageous.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead the development and execution of a global security strategy that supports business objectives across a complex, multinational environment. The position is responsible for identifying and prioritizing enterprise security risks, establishing consistent global policies and operating models, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen resilience. The director will also oversee physical security, crisis response, executive protection, and travel security efforts that help protect people, facilities, and operations.

Location: Macon, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually
