Job summary

Onto Innovation seeks a Director of Product Management to lead strategy, business performance, and lifecycle management of advanced semiconductor inspection solutions across packaging and wafer applications.

The role is a director-level IC responsible for commercial and technical success, collaborating with engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, and leadership to deliver differentiated offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years in semiconductor capital equipment, manufacturing, inspection, metrology, or process control industries.
• 5+ years of Product Management, Program Management, Business Unit Management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and business performance with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own product-line P&L and drive profitability initiatives.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with technology trends and company growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional programs and ensure alignment of priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Engage with customers, sales teams, and executives to shape roadmap and investments.
