Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Director of IT Applications for Workplace Solutions & Commercial Applications. You will lead the development and implementation of technology solutions, align business goals with technical strategy, and manage the full product lifecycle for WPS projects to drive scalability and efficiency.

You will partner with operations leadership, IT teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, customer-focused software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in product management or ownership.
• Leadership experience and expert knowledge of agile product lifecycles.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for the product suite.
• Lead a team and prioritize the backlog for development and deployment of features.
• Drive market and user research to inform design and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Provide executive updates, risk assessments, and milestone plans.
• Support sales by aligning capabilities with client needs.
