Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to partner with business leaders and SMEs to analyze needs, document requirements, and support process, system, and reporting improvements. The role is based in Jacksonville, FL and involves cross‑functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business goals.

You will develop specifications, acceptance criteria, perform analyses, and help drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Project management engagements
Business requirements documentation/delivery requirements
PMP, CAPM, or CBAP certification helpful

Responsibilities

Analyze business functions, operational trends, system capabilities and user needs to define objectives and requirements
Elicit, analyze and document requirements from stakeholders
Create workflow charts, process diagrams, specifications and acceptance criteria
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, scalability, and profitability through analysis
Conduct research to support planning and decision‑making
Prepare and maintain actionable reporting, dashboards and metrics
Perform analyses to investigate operational challenges and data‑driven recommendations
Recommend improvements to leadership and support implementation
Monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders
Develop knowledge of supported applications and integrations
Perform unit testing and validation of requirements and systems
Occasionally support deployments outside regular hours
