Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the Microsoft partnership across its platform, spanning data, AI, agents, governance, and industry workflows. This executive-level role is an individual contributor position with enterprise-wide scope, shaping strategy and alignment across internal and Microsoft teams.

You will partner with marketing, BD, and engineering to maximize value for customers and the partnership. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise SaaS product management.
• Ability to influence VP/C-level decisions internally and with partners.
• Experience integrating AI into product decision-making and governance.
• Proven track record in technology partnerships, due diligence, and integration planning.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead product strategy for the Microsoft partnership across data, AI, agents, governance, and workflows.
• Own enterprise view of stack intersections; provide one owner and one POV for the relationship.
• Translate partner changes into internal roadmap asks and internal roadmap into partner-facing requirements.
• Advocate positioning of Microsoft's stack relative to ServiceNow's platform to stakeholders.
• Define success metrics for adoption, attach rate, and win/loss; drive roadmap decisions.
• Prioritize investments and resource allocation; communicate rationale to leadership.
• Engage with leadership on deeper strategic engagement and co-sell opportunities.
• Track industry trends and respond with partnership strategy; align with broader orgs.
