Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Microsoft partnership across the full platform. This role is an individual contributor with enterprise-wide scope, acting as the senior product authority on how our platform aligns with Microsoft’s stack.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, translate partner changes into internal roadmaps, define success metrics, and shape engagement strategies including co-sell motions. Competitive landscape awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise SaaS product management.
• Experience shaping multi-year product strategy at VP/C-level.
• Proven ability to lead across data, AI, agents, governance and apps.
• Experience with technology partnerships, due diligence, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the Microsoft relationship across data, AI, governance and workflows.
• Align internal roadmaps to Microsoft capability changes and drive integration delivery.
• Define and advocate positioning of ServiceNow vis-a-vis Microsoft stack to stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, attach rate, and win/loss signals.
• Prioritize resources and communicate rationale for deep vs. broad engagement.
• Guide leadership decisions on deeper Microsoft engagement and co-sell motions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing and GTM to align teams.
