Archer, in collaboration with BNY, seeks a Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join the Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform in New York. You will drive end-to-end delivery across multiple platforms, building scalable, regulatory-compliant deposit solutions and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.

The role emphasizes deep product, data, and AI-informed decision-making, with expertise in core banking, deposits, and governance.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Clear communication tailored to executive, technical, and client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities, shapes design, and orchestrates end-to-end delivery of initiatives across Enterprise/Client Platforms.
• Builds scalable solutions to meet client and stakeholder demands; develops business cases; surfaces and resolves blockers.
• Manages delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple Platforms; aligns stakeholders across functions.
