To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., SAFe, PMP, Agile/Lean, Product Management).
• Extensive experience (typically 8-12 years) leading complex, multi-team delivery initiatives in large, regulated enterprises.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering cross-platform programs end to end with measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise in program/portfolio management, PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-functional synchronization.
• Experience scaling AI-enabled solutions and data-driven products, with grounding in responsible AI practices.
• Strong command of governance frameworks, enterprise standards, risk controls, and compliance in financial services (or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams without direct reporting lines.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor teams, foster innovation, and cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
