Archer, in collaboration with BNY, seeks a Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join the Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform in New York. You will drive end-to-end delivery across multiple platforms, building scalable, regulatory-compliant deposit solutions and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.

The role emphasizes deep product, data, and AI-informed decision-making, with expertise in core banking, deposits, and governance.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join our Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform. This role is located in New York.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
• Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands. Build and articulate business cases. Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
• Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
• Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
• Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.
