Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join the Deposit Enablement Group in New York. You will lead end-to-end initiatives spanning multiple platforms and align stakeholders across functions. Focus on scalable, data-driven solutions for complex client and regulatory needs with an emphasis on AI capabilities.

You will drive business cases, ensure governance via Agile frameworks, and collaborate with global teams to deliver impactful deposits and DDA outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
• Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
• Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
• Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands. Build and articulate business cases. Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
• Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
• Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.
