Job summary

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product management or related roles.
- Experience translating customer insights into product strategy and global commercialization.
- Strong ability to build business cases, pricing, and portfolio decisions.
- Knowledge of energy-based devices, dermatology or healthcare/wellness is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and business priorities for assigned products.
- Translate insights into differentiated product requirements and investments.
- Lead prioritization based on value, fit, and profitability.
- Guide lifecycle decisions from concept to end-of-life, including design and launches.
- Own product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch strategy.
