Ontic Technologies is seeking a Director of Product Operations to join our Revenue Operations group. You will own systems and processes that align product, GTM, and revenue, translating roadmaps into actionable workflows and insights.

This role is highly cross-functional, independent, and capable of building from scratch, with opportunities to scale the function as Ontic grows. You will collaborate with Product leadership to drive metrics, data governance, and ROI across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional experience enabling GTM and RevOps alignment.
• Translate product needs and roadmaps into GTM processes and insights.
• Build from scratch and scale the function as the company grows.
• Experience with system and process requirements for product and GTM.
• Strong ability to partner with Product leadership and drive ROI.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain product usage dashboards for CS, Sales and Product.
• Prepare regular leadership reports on ARR, churn and trends.
• Administer Pendo platform including licensing and compliance reviews.
• Define governance for product tagging to ensure actionable insights.
• Provide feedback to R&D on GTM data signals like ARR and pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between GTM and R&D for growth.
