Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for Lyric HCM to own product marketing across Lyric HCM domains. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations to shape positioning, messaging, and customer-facing content that differentiates ADP in the market.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering core marketing assets and launch materials that translate market insights into stronger commercial outcomes,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Enablement, Competitive Strategy, Industry Analysis, or related discipline.
• Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, ERP or other complex technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, launches, enablement programs, or go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts into customer-facing narratives.
• Experience creating content and assets used by sales teams, customers, analysts, or executive stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across Lyric HCM solution domains.
• Create narratives that help customers understand ADP's differentiated value and business impact.
• Produce core product marketing deliverables, including messaging frameworks, sales content, presentations, solution narratives, customer-facing assets, and launch materials.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy, roadmap investments, and innovation into market stories.
• Lead messaging and go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, and market introductions.
• Develop buyer personas, customer journey insights, and market segmentation strategies.
• Equip Sales and Marketing teams with content, messaging, and tools to communicate ADP's value.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data.
• Bring customer and market insights into product discussions to inform investments and priorities.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations for a consistent market presence.
