Job Description

Position: Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location: Remote in specific states listed in the original description

Portfolios: Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, Digital, AI

Responsibilities:

1. Develop market insights and go-to-market strategies for DomaniRx.
2. Create marketing plans and activities to position products competitively.
3. Develop business plans and product positioning, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
4. Support sales activities, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
5. Ensure external readiness of products and develop detailed go-to-market and commercialization toolkits.
6. Participate with senior leaders to establish and achieve strategic objectives.
7. Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence problem-solving efforts.
8. Contribute to broad-scope programs impacting operational success.
9. Minimum requirements include a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in commercialization of healthcare technology products.
• Healthcare experience, preferably with PBM.
• Experience with digital transformation, PBM, and pharmacy sectors.
