Director, Product Marketing - DomaniRx

Location : Remote in the following states : Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Portfolios : Claims Platform, Clinical, Analytics, and Digital, AI

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and API-first approach that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop market insights and go-to-market (GTM) / commercialization strategies for DomaniRx.
  2. Create marketing plans and activities for specific products to establish or enhance product positioning within the competitive landscape.
  3. Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, collaborating with Product Strategy to conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
  4. Support sales and client renewals, including RFP responses and collateral preparation.
  5. Ensure external readiness of products and enhancements, including detailed GTM and commercialization toolkits for Sales & Account Management Teams.
  6. Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  7. Demonstrate in-depth company knowledge and influence to resolve complex issues.
  8. Contribute to broad-scope programs and projects impacting operational success.
  9. Minimum requirements: Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience.
