Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Director of Product Management to lead transformation initiatives across Global Product Creation. You will align business strategy with technology, drive roadmap, prioritization, and agile execution while partnering with Product, Engineering, Platform, Design, and Business teams to deliver measurable value.

You will own end-to-end development, establish success metrics, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading Agile teams and digital change management initiatives.
• Technical depth in product development processes and toolchains (BOM, PLM, CAD/CAE).
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product group vision, roadmap, and business cases aligned to Ford goals.
• Translate strategy into clear initiatives across Product, Engineering, Platform, Design and Business teams.
• Own end-to-end agile development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify dependencies and optimize value streams across a matrixed org.
• Establish KPIs, monitor health, drive operational improvements, and lead incident response.
• Mentor and grow a customer-centric team; manage budgets and resources.
