You will align product, engineering, platform, and business teams to design scalable solutions, drive roadmaps, and ensure value delivery in a high-performance tech stack.

You will own KPIs, prioritization, and strategic investments, while mentoring a senior team and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years leading Agile teams and digital change initiatives.
• Strong depth in product development processes, data, and toolchains (BOM, PLM, CAD/CAE, 3DEXPERIENCE).

• Own end-to-end agile product development, roadmap, and execution.
• Identify dependencies and optimize value streams across the matrixed organization.
