You will set the strategic agenda for your business area and translate leadership vision into organization-wide action. As a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and a peer to functional leaders across Ford, you will influence decisions that shape the company’s trajectory for years to come.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive strategy and transformation experience, with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a master's.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles with enterprise-level accountability.
• Proven track record influencing C-suite and senior leadership on complex decisions.
• Ability to lead leaders and develop high-performing strategy teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities
