Job summary

Sonos seeks a Director of Product Execution Leadership to unify PRL and PPM/PPL functions across Exploration to GA. This hybrid role requires leading a global team, shaping sourcing strategies, and driving NPI programs from ideation to mass production.

You will partner with hardware, product owners, and core teams to deliver scalable, high-quality audio products while aligning manufacturing and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing, building and leading high-performance teams in fast-growing environments.
• 5+ years of Operations program management.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing teams in USA, Asia and Europe.
• Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing, NPI, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Product Execution Leaders (PEL) team across sourcing, product/process engineering, supply base engineering, quality, tooling, and logistics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between hardware, product owners, and engineering leadership.
• Own product execution from exploration to general availability with schedule, quality, cost, and scale accountability.
• Lead cadence, risk management, and communications across the product core team and stakeholders.
• Oversee manufacturing plans, DFM, fixtures, and qualification for high-volume production.
• Guide product BOM creation and ECO-driven release sequencing prior to PVT.
• Manage budget discipline and total landed cost for programs.
