Sonos, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, EE Sourcing & Materials to lead global electronics component sourcing and materials management, unifying two critical functions under one leadership role.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from strategic sourcing to end-of-production management, ensuring cost-effective, available components for NPI and mass production. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 10+ years in Electronics Sourcing, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in a Director/Sr Director level with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategy for electronics components and supplier relations.
• Oversee global materials management, planning, and inventory visibility.
• Manage end-to-end production readiness with CM partners and distribution.
• Drive should-cost analysis, risk mitigation, and value engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and Finance on strategic roadmaps.
• Direct executive-level supplier engagements and contract negotiations.
