Sonos, Inc. is seeking a transformational leader to build and run the Product Execution Leader (PEL) team, unifying PRL and PPM/PPL into one accountable group delivering products from exploration to GA.

You will partner with the Product Owner and Core Team to drive schedules, quality, cost, and scale. This role guides global operations strategy, manufacturing location decisions, and sourcing, while developing a high‑performance team across Asia, USA, and Europe, with a hybrid office model in

Qualifications

• Technical degree; a graduate degree in engineering or business is desired.
• 15+ years of experience designing, building, and leading high‑performance teams.
• 5+ years of Operations program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build & develop the PEL Team: hire, develop and manage a high‑performance team across function areas.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with hardware, product, and engineering leadership.
• Own product execution: ensure schedule, quality, cost, and scale for NPIs and mass production.
• Guide supply strategy, capacity planning, and ramp to ensure launch readiness.
