Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a seasoned Procurement Finance leader to design and drive data governance and automated processes across finance systems. You will partner with IT, procurement, and brand teams to deliver insights, controls, and scalable reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes automation, data integrity, and mentorship of a high-performing team within a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Experience in Procurement Finance, Procurement, Risk Management, or Commodity Markets preferred.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA designation preferred.
• Experience leading automation initiatives, systems implementations, and program development.
• Experience supporting technical infrastructure and system optimization.
• Experience developing and executing implementation and change management plans.
• Strong ability to translate financial concepts into actionable insights for IT and business partners.
• Experience with systems and tools such as SAP, Right Angle, Power BI, and related applications.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Experience leading month-end and quarter-end close processes with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, including benchmarking and data-driven insights.
• Proven success working across multiple departments to deliver results and solve complex challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, and leadership to support reporting and risk management.
• Lead automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing management of Procurement Finance systems and tools.
• Develop processes for pricing records, contracts, supplier source lists, and detailed pricing and cost models.
• Govern procurement master data across ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Drive automation and system enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, scalability.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party providers on complex data solutions.
• Support Integrated Margin Management with brand teams and pricing partners.
• Create spend, pricing, and market insights via Power BI dashboards for margin optimization.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
