Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external partners to provide technical and business leadership.
• Directs a cross-functional staff to complete CMC lifecycle activities on time and within budget.
• Develops objectives and strategies to advance the site and optimize processes.
• Communicates cost estimates, business plans, and timelines for projects.
• Participates in capital planning and execution to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Makes final decisions on project responsibilities.
• Represents AbbVie during regulatory audits with involvement from relevant teams.
• Ensures Health, Safety and Environmental practices are followed by the Engineering team.
