Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years pharma experience with 4+ years in management.
• Knowledge of AbbVie Engineering standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal and external partners to provide technical and business leadership.
• Directs a diversified staff to ensure CMC lifecycle activities meet timelines and standards.
• Develops objectives and strategies for site improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepares cost estimates, plans, timelines and contingency strategies for projects.
• Represents AbbVie in audits by regulatory agencies with active participation.
• Ensures safety, health and environmental guidelines are followed by the team.
