Wella Company's ghd brand seeks a Director of PRO Sales & Canada, based in Calabasas, CA, with a hybrid arrangement. The role leads the professional channel growth across the US and Canada, guiding a team and influencing leadership decisions.

The position demands strong PRO account management, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 50% travel within the USA & Canada. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales account management experience with PRO accounts (BSG and SalonCentric) in USA; Canada welcome.
• Strong networking, negotiation and leadership skills with a team-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational, data analysis and planning abilities; comfort with budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive PRO Channel performance in NA, aligning with revenue growth targets.
• Develop relationships at buyer/planner levels; manage annual plans and launches.
• Present and track promotional plans; ensure successful execution of sales and marketing goals.
• Forecasts with demand planning and supply chain; support S&OP for hero category.
• Monitor in-store activities, promotions, and competitive actions to drive sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Education and HR.
