Job summary

Forge is seeking a Director-level Consumer Insights and Analytics professional in New York to deliver rigorous, commercially-minded insights and strategies to senior clients. You will work closely with Forge's leadership team, managing client projects end-to-end and building lasting relationships that drive revenue and growth.

The role requires leading quantitative studies, translating data into actionable recommendations, and communicating effectively at the C-suite level in a fast-paced growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a strategic quantitative consultancy or high-end market research agency with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven track record of growing client revenue and developing accounts.
• Strong quantitative grounding and ability to discuss innovation, growth and brand strategy at a senior consulting level.
• Strong project management experience and ability to lead complex studies.
• Comfortable working with multiple insight sources and translating findings into recommendations.
• Confident storyteller and presenter with experience owning senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' strategic and commercial needs, then develop and deliver bespoke quantitative solutions to meet them
• Manage complex client projects hands-on, end to end
• Use quantitative consumer insight to advise C-suite clients on strategy and direction
• Lead and grow key client relationships
