I’m working with an established private credit fund looking to appoint a Director to its direct lending team in New York.

The role will focus predominantly on investments across healthcare and business services, with responsibility for:

• Preparing and presenting investment recommendations
• Managing sponsor, intermediary and management relationships
• Overseeing transactions throughout the full investment lifecycle
• Supporting the development of junior team members

We’re looking for someone with strong middle-market direct lending experience, excellent credit judgement and a proven ability to lead transactions independently. Existing relationships across the sponsor community would be highly valuable.
