This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced investor to take full ownership of transactions and play a critical role in driving investment performance across the portfolio.

Role Overview

The Director will serve as the primary deal lead, overseeing transactions from initial diligence through execution and ongoing portfolio management. This individual will act as the "quarterback" on investments, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring disciplined underwriting, structuring, and post-close oversight throughout the full investment lifecycle. This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping investment outcomes within a collaborative, high-performing investment team.
