You will lead client service teams, mentor tax professionals, and drive growth through strategic advisory, research, and ongoing CPE to stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or related mix.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and communicate findings in well-structured reports.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Build client relationships by identifying tax issues and delivering actionable insights.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Delegate tasks and oversee engagement delivery to ensure timely results.
• Drive business growth through client retention and development initiatives.
• Represent the firm at industry events to expand visibility.
