The role requires a CPA with 9+ years of progressive tax experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
9+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting.
Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals and entities.
Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and report findings clearly.
Review tax returns to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic insights.
Mentor and manage tax professionals to build a high-performing team.
Drive business growth through client retention and development.
