Kroll’s Portfolio Valuation practice is the leading provider of valuation advisory services to the alternative investment industry, serving a prestigious clientele of top asset managers. The role is hybrid in our Seattle office, focusing on developing financial models, conducting valuations of illiquid investments, and presenting findings to clients.

We seek candidates with 2+ years of valuation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA.
• Minimum 2 years of valuation modeling experience (DCF, market approaches, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal/written communication.
• Experience working with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models including DCF, market multiples, and option pricing.
• Perform valuation analyses on illiquid investments across industries/geographies.
• Conduct client interviews and gather data for engagements.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen client relationships.
• Conduct company/industry research to support valuation efforts.
• Present findings clearly in reports and presentations.
• Engage in relevant industry events to expand knowledge.
