Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams responsible for Guidewire ClaimCenter application and database platforms.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects and Product Owners to align priorities with Pathfinder and Tier 1 investments.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to senior engineers and DBAs; foster engineering excellence and SRE practices.
