Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Director, Integration PMO Project Lead to drive campus transformation initiatives and broader integrated governance across San Francisco, Chicago, and New York in a hybrid setup. You will lead a cross-functional team, establish PMO standards, and report progress to executive stakeholders.

The role requires senior program leadership experience in workplace/real estate programs, strong change management, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/MSP certification and advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of program leadership/management experience in workplace/real estate.
• 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO projects and govern cross-functional teams across real estate and non-real estate partners.
• Stand up structured PMO standards, governance, methodologies, engagement models, and tools.
• Establish stakeholder mapping across partners, business units, and leadership for updates and reports.
• Build and present data-driven insights and executive-level reporting.
• Onboard cross-functional team members and evolve the program for sustained participation.
• Design and lead large interactive workshops to enable joint objectives.
• Oversee real estate/workplace consolidation activities from strategy to implementation.
• Assemble roadmaps, risk trackers, and dashboards aligned with Global Integration Program guidance.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
• Act as trusted advisor to sponsors and leads, guiding strategic conversations.
• Translate business requirements into planning and programming specs.
• Monitor program performance metrics and collect lessons learned.
• Participate in Global Integration Program Team meetings and regional improvements.
