Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Director PMO in Oakwood, GA to lead the IT PMO, establish scalable governance, and drive enterprise change management across ERP programs. You will oversee project intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance while coaching a team of project managers to ensure delivery excellence.

The role partners with IT, Finance, and business leaders on budgets, resource planning, and benefits realization, guiding large-scale ERP deployments from plant floor to enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Must have proven PMO leadership experience.
• ERP implementation experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to identify implementation risks and maintain governance, standards, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the IT PMO with scalable governance, standards, methodologies and reporting.
• Provide executives with visibility into project health, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Oversee portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, and governance to align investments with business goals.
• Coach and develop Project Managers for consistent, excellent delivery.
• Partner with IT, Finance and business leads on resource planning and budgets.
• Lead enterprise change management strategies and best practices.
• Guide stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and adoption measurement.
