Job summary

Czarnowski Collective in Atlanta seeks a Director, IT PMO to govern the IT project portfolio, manage budgets and contracts, and align priorities with executive leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and related platforms.

You will lead the PMO team, set delivery standards, drive hybrid agile/waterfall execution, and own capex/opex budgeting while partnering with the CIO on ERP and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT project/program management with 3+ years leading a PMO.
• Hands-on track record leading complex, high-stakes projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations/upgrades (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Experience building IT governance structures and steering committees.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design and run IT governance, chairing the IT Steering Committee.
• Drive executive alignment on priorities, investment trade-offs, and risk.
• Lead the most complex IT projects and oversee the PMO portfolio.
• Oversee delivery across D365, Power BI, and related platforms.
• Define and enforce a hybrid delivery methodology (agile/waterfall).
• Own portfolio resource capacity planning and reporting.
• Lead change management for IT initiatives and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage IT capex/opex budgeting, forecasting, and finance reporting.
• Develop and mentor the PMO team and enforce delivery standards.
