Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Director, IT PMO to lead governance, budgeting, vendor and contract management for the IT project portfolio in Atlanta. You will chair the IT Steering Committee, align priorities with executives, and drive risk mitigation across D365 F&O, D365 Sales, Project Operations and Power BI analytics.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a PMO, shaping delivery standards, and mentoring a high-performing team while partnering with the CIO on ERP and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years IT project/program management, including 3+ years leading a PMO.
• Hands-on track record running complex, high-stakes IT projects.
• ERP implementations/upgrades experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Design and run IT governance, including chairing the IT Steering Committee and defining intake, prioritization, and stage-gating.
• Drive executive and cross-functional stakeholder alignment on priorities, investment trade-offs, and risk.
• Report portfolio and project status to executive leadership, covering risk, budget, schedule, and resourcing.
• Personally lead the most complex, high-risk IT projects, while overseeing the broader portfolio through the PMO team.
• Oversee delivery across the Microsoft estate (D365 F&O, D365 Sales, Project Operations, Power BI/Fabric).
• Define and enforce a consistent delivery methodology (hybrid agile/waterfall) across ERP, data, and infrastructure projects.
• Own portfolio resource capacity planning, surfacing constraints and trade-offs.
• Lead change management for IT-driven initiatives to ensure business adoption.
• Drive post-implementation reviews to continuously improve delivery maturity.
• Own IT capex/opex budgeting, forecasting, variance management, and financial reporting to CIO and finance.
• Own vendor management: selection, performance, relationship governance, and issue escalation.
• Own contract management: negotiating and administering SOWs and commercial terms through full lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team; set delivery standards and hold the team accountable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field
