Job summary

You will establish governance frameworks, balance the IT portfolio, and enable senior leadership decision-making. This role requires strategic leadership, broad experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management
• At least 5 years leading a PMO, portfolio, or large technology program function
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred; master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish PMO standards, governance, intake, prioritization, and benefits realization processes
• Balance IT project portfolio by value, impact, budget, risk, and resources
• Lead executive portfolio reviews, steering committees, and decision-making escalation
• Ensure governance for enterprise-scale and rapid initiative delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
• Deliver consistent project outcomes and measurable business value across offices and field teams
• Oversee PMO budgets, forecasting, and vendor performance
