Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Software Development to shape the technical direction of OCI security and trust services. You will lead engineering teams responsible for identity, authentication, authorization, KMS, secrets, PKI, and certificates, building scalable platforms and tooling.

You will partner with Security, Architecture, Product, and SRE groups to align roadmaps, improve reliability, and drive execution across multiple teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience operating large-scale distributed cloud services and leading managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams responsible for OCI security and trust services.
• Define and execute roadmaps for identity, authentication, authorization, and trust services.
• Drive monitoring, automation, control planes, and operational tooling.
• Partner with Security, Architecture, and Product to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and customer-focused outcomes for security-critical services.
