Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior Platform Software Engineer for the PKI team to design, build, test, and operate secure, scalable services managing certificates, keys, and trust infrastructure across OCI. You will work with senior engineers and security teams to improve reliability, security, and operational excellence in a cloud-scale PKI platform.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in software engineering for distributed systems.
• Experience in cloud security and cryptography.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages (Java/C/C++/C#).
• Ability to design scalable, secure services with clear APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate highly available distributed PKI services.
• Define APIs and service contracts for secure multi-tenant deployments.
• Lead design reviews and documentation for new features.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Improve platform reliability via automation, monitoring, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
