United Biosource Corporation is seeking a Director of Software Engineering for Platform Development to lead the Platform Team in modernizing our digital platform. You will guide architecture, delivery standards, and secure, scalable software across client applications and strategic initiatives.

You will drive SDLC excellence, collaborate with security, and champion AI-enabled development while mentoring architects and senior engineers in a regulated environment.

• 10+ years hands-on software engineering in a technical environment

Mansioni

• Lead design and implementation of software solutions across platforms
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC
• Collaborate with business teams to design reusable, scalable, and secure tech solutions
• Establish standards and gates for moving from concept to production
• Create and improve CI/CD workflows, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Guide AI-assisted development to ensure security and scalability
• Partner with Information Security on code quality and secure deployment
• Manage risk, escalations, and resources across Agile delivery pipelines
• Be a key member of IT Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence
• Oversee resource management within the Platform Development team
